five sets right and left leg leading hurdles, forwards, backwards, and lateral

tight band side step down and back, then jog down and back, five sets. was supposed to do jump squats, did one set of jump squats and one set of squats but my knee started hurting so i didn't do anymore after that, but did foam roll my quad after class
