weather will be bad this weekend and was lamenting to G in bed about missing another long run and he suggested doing it a day early instead....so i went out for 11 miles this morning. nice and easy. great run, about three miles from home it started to sprinkle and two miles from home it was raining, i was drenched by the time i got home and my last three miles were almost a minute per mile faster than my previous eight!
