horrible. i don't like the cut down workout anyway, doesn't feel like i am doing anything, to much rest. but after yesterday's mountain climbers, today was awful. groin/hip was really bothering me. definitely effecting how i was running. instead of doing four sets i only did three and even cut the cool down short. i just wanted to be done running. icing it now.groin really hurts today. rest day tomorrow. only 12 on the schedule for Saturday. hoping it will calm down as i start my taper...
