ran the loop to get the time/distance that the plan called for. lots of powering up and sprinting up the major hills. it was a good workout. my right knee is a little sore, will keep an eye on it but the rest of the week will be running on the treadmill so it should help

Garmin wouldn't turn on this morning, so that was a bummer
