group workout at YES with Stephanie, good workout. large group, so we did 8 exercises four times through. long set and by the end a lot of the girls were dropping out and barely working. especially the younger ones. Steph even had to change the mountain climbers to twists because so many of them couldn't finish. i did alright. ended with a long plank that i was able to hold
