bodies group workout with Holly using the bosu balls. don't like them at all and also felt like the workout wasn't that great. there were two side plank exercises that were HARD but overall i didn't feel like i workout out that great. squats and burpees with the bosu ball. side plank crunches, squats and jumps over and on the ball, side plank dips, russian twists and iron cross....with cardio in between sets, rowing, running and bking
