humid yucky run, took it super easy except for one mile when i was trying to pass a guy ahead of me :)
knee felt good except when i finished it was a little achy
tried out the new topos phantoms, they were stiffer/firmer than i expected but they felt good after i had gone a couple of miles, i like how they feel and no rubbing over my toes!
