only three today, i think i could have completed the run but it was foggy, raining and starting to lightening. i freaked myself out and turned around and came home. plan was a six mile fartlek today. haven't been running much and feel sluggish now. trying not to freak out that i am losing all of my gains for the race and that i already peaked. not feeling good though and haven't run well in over a week
came home and foam rolled. trying to be conservative with my groin, but YUCK
