box blasts alternating legs on each one and squats on each one and jump squats on each one
then got a 20 lb kettlebell and did kettlebell swings with a bunny hop at the top but also moving down the length of the gym, halfway down and back and then RDL's
those were brutal. haven't been that dripping with sweat in a long time
