Group training with Stephanie at YES today. just me and one other momma. great workout. quads/shoulders/abs some squats, mountain hikers, lots of planks, ended with a good round of ab work. felt great and strong throughout the whole time. could have increased weight on the quads, but going out for a long rum tomorrow so don't want to be stupid
