Group training at Bodies, since they changed the policy on how often we can come the two thirty time has gotten full again, at least four or five of us there every day so far. heavy day, glute bridges with a fifty pound dumbell!!! i have bruises on my hips to prove it. chest press, shoulder press....ten minutes on the bike to cool down
