Did ten this morning. absolutely perfect morning for a run, not windy and the temp was spot on
this is a better workout on the roads, i get a full warm up and cool down running to and from the lake, and i think i run the pick ups a little faster, and then today made sure i did a full recovery between each one
much better run than my disaster on Tuesday!
