workout with megan and the kids, although she kept up separate for most of the class. adults did hurdles, but differently than how jamel has us do them, i used a ten lb kettlebell and held it over my head. we also did squats under the hurdles

then we did another hip exercise where we did three different types of leg raises, 20 each leg, three sets
