Notes

Run on treadmill at Bell Center. Ran 2 warm up, and 6x.5 hills with .5 recovery after each (ran hills at 6:40s for 3, then 9.1, 9.1, and 9.2 mph, and recovery at 8.1s and incline of 3.5%), then 1 hill at 8.1 mph at 4.0% incline ), then a cool down. Legs weren't nearly as tired as I thought they would be after this hill work out, so I didn't push as much as I could have.
