Warm up 2, 4 @ gmp, 1 easy, 2 @ ghmp, 1 cool down. Legs felt great given the 32 mile bike ride yesterday. It was hot but with the slower 4 miles I was able to last. Last 2 were really difficult, but I trudged through.
