Progression run today. Wanted to do 2 mi warm up, 7 mi progression down to 10k pace, 2 mi cool down but legs were really shot after 5 miles so pushed on the 6th and stopped. It was fairly warm out and humid right when I went out for the run as the sun had just come out.
