Long run with Jason at Striders. 2 mi warm up, 8 mi progression to gmp, 2 mi recovery, 3 mi fartlek (2min 210k pace, 1 min @gmp), 1 mi recovery, 2 mi hmp, 1 mi cooldown. Legs were tired through the hills and the last 2 fast were really taxing, but I held on very well and happy overall with the quality of the run. I am definitely getting my distance legs back.
