Run around Raccoon Lake. 3 mi warm up, 4 mi at ghmp, 1 easy, 4 at ghmp, 1 cool down. I found an additional gear to keep pushing during the second 4. I was tired after 2, but I spaced out, put my head down and just pushed it. Very decent run. Great confidence builder.
