warm up 2, 5 at 6:00 pace, 1 mi cool down. It was really nice this morning...60 and slight mist, no wind. These last few weeks, the faster runs have really been pushing me and I hadn't performed as well as I would have liked. I was unsure if it was my fitness or the heat or both. I went out today based on feel; just using my stop watch and not the Garmin to track time. I was really weary about today's run, six months ago five miles at a 6 pace was unthinkable and I didn't want another bad run. I performed so much better than i expected and it helped build some of the confidence back that I had lost. I need to trust Anna'a program and especially myself that my half-marathon goal is within reach.
