hills: warm up 3mi, 10x400m surges @ marathon pace (6:40s) at 6.0 incline, easy jog recovery back down (5 miles), 2 mile at 7:20 pace at 3.0 incline, cool down 2mi. Run on treadmill at Summit. This workout killed me. Hopefully it makes me strong enough for the half marathon.
