Notes

Speedgroup run. Warm up mile, form drills for .5 mi, .5 mi jog. Then 1 mi hard (did around 5:10ish). 1 mile jog. Then form drills again and cooldown mile. Good run since I was frustrated all around today. The hard mile took it all out and I felt a lot better afterwards. Legs felt really loose today.
