2x3mi then 2x1 mi on bike path. Wanted 3x3 but legs didn't have it today. Wanted faster miles at the end as well, but 5:55s were as fast as legs could turn over...felt like 5:30s. Hopefully I'll recover well and get legs healthy for the race.
