Notes
2 mile warm up, 2 mile of 2 min hard, 1 min easy, 1 mile cool down. Knee was a little sore for the warm up but felt much better when I pushed it. Ran 2.10 in the fartleks in 12:49 (6:07s) so much faster than I planned, but it still felt good. I'll ice and stretch the knee again today and assess running tomorrow.
