stretched a little after I ran and then rode down to the lake got in up to my waist with the intention of swimming but it was so cold by the time I convinced myself to do a little back stroke I did it for 10 seconds probably more like 5 and that was cold enough so I went back to where it was waist deep and did a little walking mostly just standing and trying to keep warm. I never shivvered though. Then rode back. The time is a guess it was like 39 minutes back so that sounds good. very little wind which was nice.
