I should get new shoes. Nice run, tired legs but I took it easy. I am getting more efficient. Having been through so many training cycles I know the feeling now that I am on the verge, a week or so away from being in the high mileage groove. Building mileage is hard, maintaining mileage and adding quality is not as hard.
