Glorious run! Thank you God! I didn't think I would have a run this good for at least a week or two, maybe even all month. Everything is working! There was still hip/butt pain but it maxed out at 3/10 and was generally around 2/10 and even 1/10 part of the time. 4.2 in 30:14 like 7:15 pace so the last 2/3 had to average sub 6:50 and I know the last couple of miles were pretty good like 6:30 or maybe even faster. Really good run. Thank God! I'm coming back!
