Notes

hips (it band) were a little sore as was top of saccrum, which means that the massage yesterday worked well and that all of my exercises are targeting the right general area. I think two weeks of building will probably get me back to where I want to be on week three. Still planning half marathon april 10th and I need at least 3 workouts before I will attempt it so the focus really isn't getting the mileage where I want it but getting in two tempos and some mile repeats before I go to the start line.
