Wow, wasn't expecting nearly this fast. I thought I was at like 7:30 or so pace until two miles left at 56 minutes I was quite amazed. left calf and right quad near the knee were sore and didn't get stretched out enough after yesterday so I stretched them more. I wasn't feeling the best but I decided that I might as well go longer and get some miles in instead of putting them off to later in the week. Good run and I had to stop by the high way for traffic so I stretched my calf and it felt better the last few miles. broken sesamoid bones were good except when I would like super over pronate cause of uneven ground and they would hit the side of my shoes hard. They're feeling better than a fwe days ago.
