ended the workout early because i hit the wall on the third. besides i was kind of stunned from the 2:54. I've really gotten into this: if I'm not getting close to the pace at the desired effort I've hit the wall and workout over. it makes sense, we have to work by effort and once you don't get the work you want, ok why try to do more? also, i'm not sleeping enough.
