felt fairly tired from yesterday and the pace was pretty easy. After an hour or so of stretching my left foot yesterday it felt pretty good today! I'm planning on taking a day off this week and mileage goal of 51-54. This is it. Get in a few more workouts and them blam run fast. So the two guys that beat me at NEWMACs ran 32:24 and 28 and one guy I beat ran 32:28 and another ran 32:58 and Duffty PR'd so 5 of the top 6 at NEWMACs PR'd I was the only one who didn't. I know I can run sub 32:30 I'm just not sure if that's where my limit is and where I should aim. 32:15, 32:00? I mean i haven't done sub 16 in a 5k but there's a good chance that I do at ECACs in either the first or second half. I mean I've run a lot of miles and done a lot of workouts. What can I run?
