Ran weedway in 1:37 with Alex, Pete, and Todd, then added on 10 grass loops for the extra 3 miles in 20:48. The weather was fairly cool and that helps and my hip was not a big deal cause I stretched before hand and kept my stride short. And I ate more protein than usual the last 18 hours. I'm not on my high protein diet, I don't want it unless it has some protein in it.
