Not an easy workout. I started off with Pat and Kevin. Drifted back with Kevin to Chris and Gabe then as Kevin stayed with them I drifted back farther. Overall though my hip didn't hurt and my thighs were just tired I think because I wore tights they didn't have a chance to cool off between sets. Once I go anaerobic its hard to recover. I really like aerobicness!
