interesting run, started off down hill street like normal, ran into Jason Flogel when I reached Grandview, going the same pace, seriously within like two seconds of each other so I ran with him for two miles then headed off to the Mines of Spain. Legs were somewhat tired, pretty tired, but that's okay I suppose. Flogel is running NYC marathon, hoping perhaps 2:17 if his hernia doesn't flare up. That guy gets injured all the time... and still runs much faster than I.
