Notes

Well I did 20 reps on the thing on the third floor of alumni with the bar for your ankles and pads for your quads and I held 10 pounds by my chest, I didn't time but it got tiring. Lifting: 3 min LPS 45pps (2 toes out, 1 normal), 2 min LC 30 lbs. A very complete day.
