Ran at 3, Jeremy sent out an email to the team that he was running then but he never showed. No one else did either but what else is new? Irronically I was aiming for slower than 7 pace but I kept picking it up cause I like to see sub seven. Arrrrggghhh, dilema and internal conflict besiege me. Nice, in fact, prefect running weather. Once again my life is prefect, Thank God.
