i was tired all the foam rolling and bike riding and workouts last week plus the heat were just tiring. I think I can rest up by Sunday. I mean that's all I can do I had two glasses of milk a 12oz rib eye half a sweet potato and a mess of Brussels sprouts. It was fantastic!
