Notes

My body was out of wack the first four minutes but after I mentally pulled it together it was a sweet run. The ups and downs were a fun change to the normal. I also started out too early which was good cause It allowed me to go anearobic from the beginning and build up the lactic acid. Not sure on the distance from about 5 in to 2.3 left but the pace is not the most important. I mean I long ran yesterday and race the day before I just wanted to breathe hard and build up some lactic acid. Mission accomplished!
