Solo musicless long run. I realized yesterday that the reason my races aren't meeting my expectations quite yet aside from strategy and long intense workouts is that my mileage is still higher than everyone elses. They have all dropped below 60 at least once and have started to take the day before meets easy. I did 8 on friday. So everything is still on schedule. However, I do want a short hard race like a two mile to get my race speed up.
