I ran backwards with the nets down I figure 2m extra per lap. the pace was pretty slow I was hoping for 5:30-35 but take what you can get. Then after 10 minutes I started to a get a blister on the right foot between the ball and outside forefoot. I think the Pirahanas are sized .5 size larger than most shoes because I always slip around in them. it was supposed to be 20 minutes but the blister was hurting so I stopped early. it's not great, but it is certainly better than five or six miles at 7:30 pace.
