Through the streets of worcester to the An Cu Líath pub and back taking a different route each time counting pleasant street, chandler, and a bit of elmm park in there. The race didn't have anything to drink so I was a bit dehydrated coming back but on a high none the less and ran fairly quick. Fun running downtown is actually quite flat.
