Notes

studdied for areo structures the whole time on 2 and a little of 3 intensity. Foot feels better but I want to run! I have decided this is how I am told to take it a little easy. Since I won't take advice about taking it easy from people I must take advice from the pain I get. Also put on my old mizuno shoes with the ridiculous arch support and it makes my foot feel much better.
