How do describe this run...DON'T EAT SOUP BEFORE RUNNING AND DON'T FOLLOW THAT SOUP WITH CHOCOLATE MILK, CAKE AND ICE CREAM!!!! I had to stop three times to relieve myself and it definitely made me run like over 8 minute pace between 21 and 53 minutes. After that I cruised down hill but it was just not that pleasant. The last 40 minutes I cruised in low 7's and it was good. Not as productive or overall fast as I wanted for this run but ok and I still have like 6 weeks before the race. Happy Easter!!
