4 miles in 32:09, 10 miles in like 1:18 then I picked it up and threw down a bunch of sub 7s probably on the down hills. Not that tough of a run really. Usually a step up in distance is hard but this wasn't. I stopped at atlas pizza on the way back to fill up my 8 oz water bottle. drank 16 oz total on the run, no gels.
