first lap in 90, then 93s for awhile, 7:42 at 5 laps, 12:25 at 8 laps, 13:28 at 10 laps so last five in 7:29? I did pick it up a couple times on the last few laps. Reasons for such a good workout: 1. the petit is fast because of the possible constant tail wind 1-3mph and huge curves 2. with two hundred people in there it is more spectators than half of the races I run which is motivational
