Lifting: 4 min LPS (2 toes out, 2 only slightly out) 45 pps, 1 min LC 40lbs, 2 min LPS 45 pps (1 toes out, 1 only slightly out.) I've got to make the inside of my quads strong and I can do that by doing squats with my toes pointed out like a duck. "If you don't squat, you ain't squat" - Newman (Philmont summer 06)
