Notes

Maybe 2 minutes I did one set of circuits phase whatever we could remember. Lifting: 3 min LPS 45pps (2 toes out, 1 normal) then I was tired and quit. ARRGH!! I just want to run really fast and win races and stuff well thats not just what I want but this is my running log my, salary goal log.
