planned on 4 miles at just sub 6 but felt fine as I ran and brought the pace down little by little and then decided to run 30 minutes and then at the very end tried to get 5.1 in an even 30. really pleased with this. not very hard effort because I had a workout yesterday but nice and aerobic and enough to make me sweat. oh yeah elevation 7500ft.
