slow and easy in the morning. Wanted to get some more miles so I can ensure 100. It's funny, the question comes up "would you run an extra mile or three miles, whatever, saturday night to get a 100 mile week?" and most people say no. Well, that's obvious because you plan ahead of time and run the extra three miles Friday morning. Who runs on Saturday night?
