2nd biggest turnout for Cardiff parkrun to date.
Mimbled round, talking with Andy Gardiner who was also taking it easy in preparation for the Kymin the same afternoon.

Very pronounced limp later in the day, with pain in my right knee. This is new, as it has previously always been in either my groin or the bottom of my hamstring. For now, I am choosing to interpret this as a good thing.
