Treadmill after weights 67* Sauc Kiv 1% incline, warm up for 5 minutes and cool down for 5 minutes. Just tried to keep HR in zone think the monitor may be a little off because it was spiking and dropping extremely slow. This was a very hard effort and I had to drop the speed ridiculously slow just to keep my hr in zone. Yesterday and today help me appreciate the days that I can run at a decent pace.
